We’re looking for a strong and hands-on Director of Growth to lead restaurant acquisition across the US to shape SWIPEBY’s B2B acquisition strategy and growth.

Your mission is to grow our footprint of restaurants across the US by building up our sales team and being in the trenches yourself. You have full freedom to explore and pursue growth partnerships and opportunities, helping us to scale and reach more accounts.

You will work directly together with our founder and CEO and you will have exposure to our board and extensive advisor network.

This role is the stepping stone and opportunity to become Chief Growth Officer of SWIPEBY and lead a larger team as we scale.

Your compensation package will be a combination of a very substantial share in stock options, a performance bonus and basic base salary.

Your Responsibility

  • Shape and lead all restaurant acquisition efforts for SWIPEBY
  • Build up, train and manage the sales team
  • Shape and refine SWIPEBY’s sales processes by finding effective ways to pursue and growth hack customer acquisition
  • Track and respond to leading and lagging KPIs across the customer acquisition journey
  • Work together with external teams in PR, Marketing etc. to drive all B2B efforts

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in selling technology to SMB restaurants and a passion for restaurant customer is a must
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude with an optimistic and solution oriented approach to challenges, pragmatic and hands-on
  • Highly results-oriented, able to drive business decisions and actions out of data and insights with a proven track record of applying structured and analytical approaches to business challenges
  • Energetic and inspiring personality, able to win over the hearts of our customers
  • Strong desire and ability to grow a early stage startup
  • Familiarity with salesforce is a plus
