We are looking for a strong and hands-on Account Executive to join SWIPEBY and to drive our restaurant acquisition efforts.

As Account Executive you find and win business opportunities and manage customer (B2B) relationships. You work independently day to day but as a key part of a high energy startup family. You are directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.

Additionally, you are the crucial link between product and our customers, bringing their needs and requirements to the product team to translate those into features.

You will work directly with our Director of Growth and you are also part of every other aspect of the business as we are a very small and transparent start-up.

You will grow with a fast pace start-up and you have opportunities to quickly grow into leadership roles in sales, success and product.

Your compensation package will be initially a small base and large commission + stock options after a short trial period.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Managing the entire sales cycle from seeking new sales opportunities over closing deals to guiding through onboarding
  • Introducing products/service to prospective clients/customers
  • Keeping a track of sales and industry trends and incorporate those into your sales strategy
  • Keeping in close contact with clients, understanding their needs
  • Resolving disputes

Requirements

  • Experience in selling technology to SMB restaurants and a passion for restaurant customer is a must
  • Experience as an Account Executive
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: can-do attitude, results-oriented, pragmatic, hands-on
  • Highly energetic and inspiring personality, able to win over the hearts of our customers
  • Having knowledge of principles of marketing and research
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Familiar with salesforce is a plus
