We’re looking for a strong and hands-on Success Manager to join SWIPEBY and lead our on-boarding and client success efforts.

As Success Manager, you’ll significantly shape SWIPEBY’s process and ability onboard new merchants on the SWIPEBY platform. Your mission is to improve, execute and the merchant on-boarding process from getting clients up and running to enabling them to be successful on the platform with joined market and suggestions. This role brings together the responsibilities of a account manager and on-boarding specialist.

This is an exciting role with ample room for growth and freedom to define and shape SWIPEBY's client engagement processes and strategies.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Lead merchant success & merchant on-boarding
  • Find best practices, define & build strategies and execute to improve merchant on-boarding and drive their long term success
  • Engage with restaurants/owners to understand customers' need and to set-up local promotions
  • Work closely with our sales team and marketing team
